CLINICAL TOOLKIT
Below are the items we use most in clinic. This is a practical library for you to use in your clinic with patients.
Would you like to explain to a patient how to use a food diary? There’s a handout for that. Do you want to give patients instruction on carbohydrate counting? There’s a handout for that. Would you like a “bariatric checklist” to give to a patient so they can understand the steps to take for preparation for bariatric surgery? Would you like a handout for obesity medication? Would you like dosing scheduling for an anti-obesity medication? We have the hand outs.
All of this clinical paperwork you can print and use in your clinic while working with patients. I hope you find these to be practical, useful and time saving in your practices. They’ll be updated every 3 months and we welcome feedback. If you have handouts that you use in your clinic and want to share them, feel free to contact me and we will absolutely give you credit!
